Returns and Exchanges

Something Comfortable Website Customers

We strive to always provide you with the best quality of product and service. If you are not satisfied with your goods, we'd be happy to exchange or refund your order within 30 days from day of purchase.

When returning an item to us, please include a copy of our Return Form which is included with each web order.

Exchanges:  If for any reason the item you received from us was faulty or shipped incorrectly, Something Comfortable will cover the cost of the return shipping to you. For all other exchanges, customers will be charged a flat $10.00 return shipping fee for the goods. Please be sure to include your credit card details on the form provided, otherwise a store representative will contact you for your credit card details.

Refunds: All refunds will be issued on unworn, unwashed merchandise returned within 30 days of the date on the receipt.  The original receipt must accompany the item(s) and all tags must remain attached. We also ask that, due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, you return items in a protective box to insure a full credit.

Please note that all refunds will be issued minus the original shipping fee. If you had taken advantage of the Something Comfortable "Free Shipping" offer and the returns of goods causes the order to fall below the $50.00 threshold, you will be refunded, again, minus the standard $10.00 shipping fee.

Restocking Fees: Some items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  This applies on special orders or when items have already been reordered to refill the store's stock, typically bras and panties.

Sale Merchandise Refunds: Sale merchandise will be refunded at the current clearance price.
